You can request the deletion of your data from the TAS Reports platform at any time. This page explains how to do so, what is deleted, and how long it takes.
The Platform has no option for you to delete your own account or data. Requests are made directly to TAS Leads through the channels below, and our team carries out the deletion manually.
1. How to request deletion
Send a request through one of these channels:
- Email: tasleadsmarketing@gmail.com, with the subject line "Exclusão de dados" (Data deletion)
- WhatsApp: +55 41 99591-4919 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Brasília time)
In your request, please include:
- your name and the email address you use to sign in to the Platform;
- the company (client) your access is linked to;
- what you want deleted: only your user account, or all of the company's data (the latter must be requested by a person responsible for the company).
To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting it. Once the request is confirmed, the TAS Leads team carries out the deletion manually within the period in Section 6, and you will receive a confirmation when it is complete.
2. If you connected through Facebook sign-in (optional)
This option exists only if you authorized the Platform through Meta (Facebook) sign-in. In that case, you can also remove the app directly on Facebook:
- Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
- Find the TAS Reports app and click Remove.
When Facebook sign-in is enabled on the Platform, Meta notifies us of the removal automatically (Meta's data deletion callback). We revoke and delete the token for that connection and generate a confirmation code, with a link to track the request on a status page.
If Facebook sign-in is not enabled, or if you did not receive a code, submit a manual request through the channels in item 1. This path has no automatic code: we confirm the deletion by email or WhatsApp.
Removing the app on Facebook ends only that connection. To delete your registration and all other data on the Platform, submit a request to TAS Leads through the channels in item 1; our team carries out the deletion manually.
3. How to remove access to ad accounts
Removing access makes the Platform stop reading the account immediately. To delete the history already stored, also submit the request described in item 1.
- Meta: at business.facebook.com, go to Settings → Users → Partners → TAS Leads and remove the ad account or the partner.
- Google Ads: at ads.google.com, go to Admin → Access and security → Managers and remove TAS Leads.
- Google (optional sign-in): at myaccount.google.com/connections, remove the TAS Reports app.
4. What is deleted
- your user registration (name, email address, password, and two-factor authentication);
- the Meta and Google access tokens associated with your connection, which are also revoked at Meta and Google;
- when the request comes from the company: that client's linked ad accounts, campaigns, creatives, metrics, goals, and alerts.
5. What may be retained, and why
- Access logs (IP address, browser/user agent, date, and time), for 6 months from each record, as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Marco Civil da Internet, Law No. 12,965/2014, Art. 15). All other data is deleted within the period in Section 6. After 6 months, we erase the IP address and browser (user agent) from the access and audit logs; only the date, time, and action taken are kept.
- Audit logs, for the period set out in the Privacy Policy, for security and to exercise our rights in legal proceedings (LGPD, Art. 16).
- Encrypted backups made by TAS Leads, which are deleted through automatic rotation within approximately 12 months, and the automatic weekly hosting backups (Hostinger), which are deleted according to Hostinger's retention period (see the Privacy Policy). They are used for nothing other than disaster recovery. These backups may still contain data that has already been deleted or anonymized on the Platform, including IP addresses; they remain encrypted, and if a backup is ever restored, our deletion and anonymization rules are automatically reapplied.
6. Timeframe
We complete the deletion of active Platform data within 90 days after the request is confirmed. Records that the law requires or permits us to keep follow the periods in Section 5: the IP address and browser in the access and audit logs are deleted or anonymized once each record reaches 6 months, audit logs follow the period in the Privacy Policy, and encrypted backups are deleted through automatic rotation.
