These Terms govern the use of the TAS Reports platform (the "Platform"), operated by TAS LEADS MARKETING LTDA, CNPJ No. 47.041.960/0001-63, headquartered in Curitiba, State of Paraná (PR), Brazil ("TAS Leads"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. What the Platform is
The Platform is a reporting dashboard that brings together, in one place, the performance of the client's ad accounts on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. It is offered to TAS Leads' clients as part of the marketing services agreement.
The Platform only reads data. It does not create, edit, pause, or pay for ads.
2. Who may use it
- There is no public sign-up. User accounts are created by TAS Leads for each client with an active contract.
- There are three roles: Admin (TAS Leads team), Client (the contracting company), and Supervisor (Supervisão; a person invited by the client, with read-only access and the ability to export reports).
- The TAS Leads team (Admin) sees the data of the clients it serves in order to provide the service and, for that same purpose, may also use the "sign in as client" feature ("entrar como cliente"), in read-only or editing mode, to configure the account on the client's behalf. To enter, the team member confirms their own password and states a reason. The session lasts no more than 30 minutes, displays a fixed on-screen notice with an "Exit client mode" ("Sair do modo cliente") button, and ends when the team member exits manually, when the time runs out, or when they sign out. In read-only mode, the team member has only the read permissions of that client's Client role; in editing mode, they have the permissions of the Client role and may also correct the company name. In this mode, the team never sees or changes anyone's password or two-factor authentication. Every view, action, and change is recorded in the audit log, with the team member as the author, acting on the client's behalf.
- These Terms supplement the services agreement. In case of conflict, the agreement prevails.
3. Access to ad accounts
For the reports to work, the client gives TAS Leads read access to its ad accounts in one of the following ways:
- Sharing with TAS Leads (primary method): on Meta, by sharing the account with TAS Leads' business portfolio (Business Manager) as a partner, with the "View performance" permission; on Google, by accepting the link between the account and TAS Leads' manager account (MCC).
- Direct connection (optional): by authorizing the Platform through Meta or Google sign-in (OAuth), using a single-use link sent by TAS Leads.
Whoever grants access represents that they are authorized to do so on behalf of the company that owns the account. The client may remove access at any time, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Without access, the account is no longer updated.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login and password confidential and do not share them. Each person must use their own access.
- Notify TAS Leads immediately if you suspect any misuse of your account.
- Use the Platform only to track the performance of the client you are linked to.
- Do not attempt to access other clients' data, bypass access controls, test for vulnerabilities without authorization, or overload the Platform (for example, with bots or automated scraping).
5. Data displayed and availability
- The data comes from the Meta and Google APIs and is updated periodically, not in real time. There may be delays and differences compared with the Meta and Google dashboards, due to attribution rules, time zones, and reprocessing performed by those platforms. The Meta and Google dashboards remain the official source.
- TAS Leads makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There may be pauses for maintenance, third-party failures (hosting, Meta, Google), or changes to those companies' APIs.
6. Suspension and termination
In accordance with the agreement with the client, TAS Leads may:
- lock the client's account (read-only access) in the event of an outstanding contractual issue;
- block access when the agreement ends or in the event of a violation of these Terms;
- delete the account and the data, in accordance with the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
A Supervisor user's access may be removed at any time by the client or by TAS Leads.
7. Use of Meta and Google data
Data obtained from Meta and Google is processed only at the request of the respective client, is kept separate for each client, and is displayed only to that client, to the people it has authorized, and to the TAS Leads team that provides the service.
The client agrees not to use the data displayed on the Platform in any way that violates the terms of Meta (Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies) or Google (Google Ads API Terms and Policies), or for unlawful or discriminatory purposes or for the surveillance of individuals.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, the TAS Leads brand, the layout, and the code belong to TAS Leads. The ad account data remains the property of the client. The Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Google trademarks belong to their respective owners, which do not sponsor or endorse the Platform.
9. Liability
The Platform is a tracking tool. Ad investment decisions remain the responsibility of the client and of the strategy agreed upon in the agreement. To the extent permitted by law, TAS Leads is not liable for losses caused by the unavailability of, or changes to, Meta and Google services, by update delays, or by the user's own misuse of their access. [REVISÃO JURÍDICA: alinhar o limite de responsabilidade com o contrato e o Código de Defesa do Consumidor, se aplicável.]
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy and the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018). To request data deletion, see the Data Deletion page.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date is shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or by email before they take effect.
